Jermaine Pennant's glamour model wife reminds the world about the great forgotten Porsche story

When football fans talk about Jermaine Pennant, they often forget that he was once a seriously good footballer.
In 1999, he became the world's most expensive teenager, when Arsenal paid Notts County £2m for his services (he was just 15 years old at the time). He was in Liverpool's starting XI for the 2007 Champions League Final. He achieved plenty.
However, in recent times, he has become something of a poster boy for Premier League excess. For one thing, he married a glamour model - legendary lads' mag covergirl Alice Goodwin:

But far more importantly, he's been the subject of some brilliantly ridiculous tales - none better than the story about him allegedly forgetting about a Porsche he owned.
In 2011, Pennant left Real Zaragoza to join Stoke on loan - and decided to leave the country with his Porsche abandoned at a Spanish train station car park.
The story grew legs of its own. The truth is the car sat there for three weeks, racking up parking fines of more than £400, before Pennant had it picked up. However, the legend developed to the point where many fans genuinely believe the winger just forgot he had a supercar.

So why do we mention this now? Because Pennant's wife just tweeted this:

We're pretty sure Jermaine hasn't left another supercar in another foreign land. Mrs P is probably asking because rumour has it Pennant is on the verge of signing for a club in Singapore.
But hey - you never know…
